Many people are overwhelmed by credit card debt and don’t know what to do. Doing nothing is not the answer. Attend this seminar and gain valuable skills. Understand the difference between credit card debt and debt that is held by collection agencies, and the different strategies for handling them. Needs and Leads: The JVS Orientation Session that presents you with an overview of the agency’s services. This includes providing you with resources such as developing resumes and cover letters, using the internet to investigate career possibilities, and sharpening self-marketing skills (interviewing, networking and negotiating) to help get you started with your job search, and updating you about upcoming events and groups. This session also offers you the opportunity to ask your initial questions by talking to a JVS Career Counselor.
